About
A 6 minute walk to the following: skiing, snowboarding, tubing and ice skating in winter. Excellent location with private balcony overlooking 5th fairway! During winter months, there's a convenient shuttle pickup nearby. Owners have increased their tv and streaming services for guest comfort.
Also mere minutes to mountain biking trails, tennis, golf and the Caddyshack Cafe in the warmer months.
Main level features a king bedroom and a queen bedroom as well as one bathroom, living room and dining area for 6.
Second floor has two additional queen bedrooms and a bathroom.
No air conditioning, as with the majority of properties in the area.
NO coffee is provided, but we are now stocking units with salt and pepper, and cooking oil.

Great condo in a great location. Clean and as described. Beds were comfortable. Well stocked kitchen. Easy walk to all the activities at Sugar Mountain (helpful when traffic gets heavy!) Property management was helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Our family of 7 had a great trip. This condo was perfect for us. It was close to the slopes, 4 beds, clean, great kitchen, cozy fire and living room. We will definitely visit again.

Access to the slopes was just down the road, very convenient. The hill behind the condo was a lot of fun for the kids, too. The place was very clean and a comfortable space for our family and few friends. I would be happy to return.

Very happy with whole experience
Overall great experience and good location. Only feedback I would like to provide is the fact that for the money spent to rent the facility, it would be nice to have more than just one roll of toilet paper in each bath that were not completely full rolls, same for the paper towel roll in the kitchen and maybe 2 extra trash bags for the trash cans. If unable to provide, at least add that to your list of what to bring. Otherwise this place was great for renting over the weekend.
