This is such a pretty unit! Master bedroom has a king sized bed and tv, second bedroom has 2 twins and a tv, and there's a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room, as well as a smart tv.. The kitchen is updated with lovely stainless appliances and granite counter tops. Sugar Top has an on-site shuttle to take you to and from your car when you're going out for the day. 24 gated security, free local phone service, in-house garbage chutes, pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, whirlpool and fitness room are all included with your rental of this condo.
Kitchen has pots and pans, dishes and silverware, small appliances. NO coffee is provided, but we are now stocking units with salt and pepper, and cooking oil.
Sugar Top condos are not air conditioned.
The units only have a 38 gallon water heater , due to space limitations.
This only permits a 3-5 minute shower before the heater needs to recycle and reheat. .

Property was in a great location, great staff, would totally go back. Only issue was one bathroom shower was clogged and drained extremely slow and a lack of kitchen towels.

Decorated nicely, needs more lighting and we never could find the remote to the master bedroom tv and were unable to manually change the channels or adjust the volume. We emailed the management company but never heard back about this. The twin room tv screen was blue. The oven was not working but the management company did let us know ahead of time about this. The location was nice and we had a nice time skiing!

The room was nice and up to date and the living space was very open and spacey. Bedrooms were a good size and had comfy beds. Kitchen had good amenities and nice little dining area for 6-8 people.
When we got there, there was a cup left on the counter and a cabinet open, which was a bit odd. The oven apparently wasn’t working for the people before us, but we didn’t use it, so not sure if it was working when we were there or not. The rental company contacted us and was going to fix it though. We did however use the stove top and it did work.
The rental company suggests bringing your own extra toilet paper, towels and sheets as needed, which I would recommend as well. Toilet paper was low in both bathrooms and sheets and towels were both provided, but you have to wash yourself.
Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would recommend this unit!

We enjoyed our stay at Sugar Top 2120 but since we don’t go out for any meals we’ve brought all our food and we were very disappointed to realize the oven was defective. It is not acceptable to rent a condo without the main oven. Also the place was somewhat clean. We paid $100.00 for someone to clean the place. I would say the place was clean but the vacuuming was not done thoroughly, there was lots of dust, hairs on the carpets and at the corners of the floors. The comforter of the master bedroom needs to be washed with (there is white spots here and there). Lots of dust and peaces under the bed.

Oh my goodness, I'm so sorry. This is the first I'm hearing of issues with the oven! Someone is in the condo right now and hasn't mentioned it so I'll check with them and see if it's working or not. We try to stay on top of everything, so our house rules ask that renters please call us immediately when they find something wrong or malfunctioning. If the oven is in need of repair, I'll have it taken care of today. Thanks for the heads up!
As for the cleaning feedback, I'll absolutely pass this along and ask housekeeping to be more careful with the vacuuming.

I was unaware that we would have to take a shuttle to and from our car which was a hassle, especially during covid. Many of the other riders didn’t wear their masks and putting them on wasn’t even suggested by the driver (who wore a mask with their nose hanging out). The shuttle is relatively quick, however, parking to pick up or drop off at the building is often packed so you have to wait at the guard house. Also, staff within the condo building only wore masks about 50 percent of the time and also didn’t even suggest to other visitors to wear their masks when in the lobby. The unit itself was nice, however, there was no hand soap or paper towels provided which seem like essentials to me.

We liked the property but the parking was awful, we had to wait for a shuttle each time we needed to head to our property. Also the man at the front desk told everyone or our property to keep the sliding glass doors shut at 9:40 pm. I thought that was too late to be announcing something on the intercom. They should let people park at the property since there should be enough parking for all of the owners. If the property is being rented the owner would not be there so the renters should have a place to park at the property.

Very clean and updated condo. Felt like home away from home. Only downfall wish there was more lighting as two of the lamps the bulbs were not working. Very friendly staff at sugartop and Sugar mountain lodging. Would definitely come back and recommend to others!!

If you like peace and quiet and very helpful individuals than this is the place for you. Perfect location, beautiful views, wonderful staff. This is the perfect place for a getaway from the city very remote. A home away from home type rental. My kiddos absolutely enjoyed it my husband and I felt very relaxed. It was absolutely perfect! We will definitely make this an annual thing. The people in town are wonderful all very nice and friendly the staff were easy to talk to and very much helpful with any questions that I had. I couldn't have asked for a better place to vacation at.

Nice two-bedroom condo on top of Sugar Mountain. The only inconvenience of the parking lot and shuttle.
