About

2 bedroom 2 bath unit on the second floor of Sugar Top high rise building. This one has stunning views of Grandfather Mountain and far beyond. The Sugar Top facility has indoor pool, whirlpool, sauna and fitness room, as well as 24 hour gated security. This particular condo has a king sized master bed, a queen sized bed in the second bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Kitchen has pots and pans, dishes and silverware, small appliances. NO coffee is provided, but we are now stocking units with salt and pepper, and cooking oil. Keurig machine in kitchen.
Sugar Top condominiums do not have air conditioning.
The units only have a 38 gallon water heater, due to space limitations.
This only permits a 3-5 minute shower before the heater needs to recycle and reheat. .

Great! Except for we havent received our deposit back yet and left everything in grest shape.... Still waiting , its been a week.

I'm sorry for the delay, but as our website alert banner says on each page, the processor takes approximately 12-14 days from the time the refund is processed from our side. It has led us to find a new processor but the ones who booked prior to this are in that window. Please know that for future stays this issue should be alleviated! We have stayed at SugarTop several times. It is an older building but it was clean and had great staff. The unit itself was in good condition, and very comfortable for our stay. So nice to just relax and enjoy the views. This unit is above the lobby area and since we had windows open, you could hear cars and people but it did not bother us.

The view was spectacular. Sunrises and sunsets were beautiful over Grandfather Mountain. The condo was clean, beds firm, and kitchen well equipped. It took a few minutes for bath or sink water to get warm. Also flushing toilet and draining tub was slow. The staff were very polite, happy, and helpful. Overall it was a wonderful experience. I'll probably stay at Sugar Mountain condos again.

Condo building was nice. Our room could use some TLC and some updating. Blankets smelled kind of funky. Location was nice. Everyone that worked there was super nice.

the rental property and rental staff were all amazing. sugar top 2210 was beautiful and we would love to return. However unfortunately we were there to ski and we will never return sugar mountain ski resort has by far the worst owners and staff i have ever seen. i only write this here in hopes that enough property owners and managers can put enough pressure on the ski resort so as they might understand that without customers there is no ski resort. my internet review of the ski resort only mirrors the thousand of the same complaints.

This is the third time for us to rent this unit usually it is very clean and nice. This time we had some issues with cleanliness (coffee pot had mold in the baskets and dishes in the dishwasher upon arrival), the toilet seat in the guest bathroom had a bolt missing therefore making it slide while using and the guest bathroom electrical plug not working at all even after pushing the reset buttons. We love the location and the staff....Joan from the property management group is fantastic!!! We will do business with you again but will probably ask for another unit.
